TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS

Horizonvu Group LLC operates HorizonVU Sound and Motion, which is a service that allows Visitors to learn and collect information about the music industry.  The services offered by HorizonVU Sound and Motion include the HorizonVU Sound and Motion-branded URL (the "HorizonVU Sound and Motion Website"), and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by HorizonVU Sound and Motion in connection with HorizonVU Sound and Motion's business (collectively, the "HorizonVU  Sound and Motion Services"). The HorizonVU Sound and Motion Services are hosted in the United States of America. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the HorizonVU Sound and Motion. By using the HorizonVU Sound and Motion  Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the HorizonVU Sound and Motion Website, including through a mobile device, or otherwise use the HorizonVU Sound and Motion Services without being registered) or you are a "Subscriber" (which means that you have registered with HorizonVU Sound and Motion). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Subscriber. You are only authorized to use the HorizonVU Sound and Motion Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement and save it. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement and to follow all applicable laws, you should leave the HorizonVU Sound and Motion Website and discontinue use of the HorizonVU Sound and Motion Services immediately. If you wish to become a Subscriber, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the subscription process.
